Q: How do I set up an account?
A: Creating an account is easy. All you need to do is enter a valid email address and password.

What if I forgot my password?
A: You can select the ‘forgot password’ link on the sign in page and we’ll email it to your registered email address.

Survey Creation

Q: How do I create a survey?
A: Creating surveys are easy. After creating an account, select the ‘My Surveys’ button at the top of the page. On the My Surveys page you will have the option of either creating a survey from scratch or editing one of the predesigned templates located at the bottom of the page.

To create a survey from scratch, select the ‘create’ button.
1. On the next page, enter a title. Optionally, you may also enter a description and image (your image will be presented at the top of every survey page) or a theme. If you wish to use a graphic, you can do so through the image manager flow.
2. Select ‘Save’ to continue.
3. To add questions, select the ‘Add Question’ button
4. To reorder questions, simply drag and drop questions in the preferred order.
5. To add page breaks in your survey, select the ‘Page Break’ button. Page breaks will be added by default at the bottom of the page. You can drag and drop a page break between any two questions you like.
6. At anytime, you can preview or save your survey by selecting the ‘preview’ or ‘save’ button at the top of the page.
7. After the survey is saved, it can be launched directly from the ‘My Surveys’ page.

To edit an existing template, select the ‘Customize..’ button on the right of the survey template on the My Surveys page.
1. You may edit the title or description
2. You may also add an image or theme.
3. Select ‘Save’ to continue.
4. You may edit or delete any question by selecting ‘edit’ or ‘delete’ located on the question
5. To reorder questions, simply click and drag the question in the preferred order.
6. At anytime, you may save the survey to edit or launch it at a later time.
7. After the survey is saved, it can be launched directly from the ‘My Surveys’ page.

Images
Q: How do I add images or a logo to the top of my survey?
A: You can add images and use them at the top of the survey or as a reference for a question type. To ‘add images’ select the image manager button at the top of Create Survey page. From the Create Survey page, you will select the image using the add image field, select an image name and the ‘upload’ button.

Q: How do I launch a survey?
A: You can launch a survey by selecting the ‘Launch Now…’ button on the My Surveys page.
1. You will be taken to the Edit Survey Options page. From there you will be asked who you want to send the survey to, when you wish to send it, and what will be the final confirmation message users will see.
2. Select ‘Launch Survey’ to launch the survey.

Q: How do I manage my customers?
A: You can create customers by simply selecting the ‘create new customer’ button on the My Customers page. There, you can add a customer by manually entering them or by uploading a comma delimited file (.CSV file.) After you upload customers you can group them. Check the customers you wish to add to a group and then select ‘Create New List.’ Alternatively, you may also add existing customers into an existing list by checking the customers and clicking ‘Move to’ and then the list.

Q: What question types are available?
A: There are 7 question types to choose from.

Single Select Radio - This question type is used when there are mutually exclusive answers.


Multi-Select Check - This question type is used when there are more than one answer to a single question.


Single Select Matrix - This question type is used to allow a single answer over multiple dimensions.



Multi Select Matrix - This question type is used to allow multiple answers over multiple dimensions.



One Line, open ended - This question type is used to allow for unstructured, free form answers.


Multiple line, open ended - This question type is used to allow for longer length unstructured, free from answers.


Single Select Pulldown - This question type is used for a single selection with more answer choices than the Single Select Radio question type.
